Instruction / Education / Simulation

A new and interesting feature in the world of e-learning. some examples of this could be:

  • safety instructions/routines on board a vessel or building.
  • simulation of technical procedures.
  • Area map with guides to different places.

all of which can be easily embedded into a web page, launched with a link or downloaded as a stand-alone application.
Works on most devices, laptops, tablets, smartphones.

Why interactive 3D?

Interactive 3d made simple

The simplicity of the solution makes interactive 3D attractive in the market, customers can get started with their designs in a live 3D view much faster, without having to spend time and resources on developing the tool itself, which requires a lot of time. The solution is made primarily for the web, which means that it will run directly in the browser, and works mostly on all kinds of devices.

International relations

As the times we live in, we see a greater increase in international collaboration, this opens up enormous potential, but also invites some challenges, one of which is sharing designs, ideas and concepts with partners and customers. with a live 3D tool, packed with necessary instructions and graphics, this process can be less time-consuming and much easier for each party.

How it is made

Step by step introduction how to get started with a custom 3D viewer.

Step 1 preparation

Gather files, drawings and information

In this step, we gather all the information we need to complete the project.

we can use most 3D/2D files, .DWG .DXF .STP .OBJ .FBX.

If no 3D files are available, we can always model the 3D assets based on drawings and sketches.

Step 2 Build-up

Import and place 3D files in viewer, adjust colors and lighting

In this step, we insert all necessary elements into the 3D view and adjust the color and light to the desired appearance.

At this point, the viewer is complete and a review can be done by the customer to ensure that the desired result is met.

Step 3 Interactions

Adding interactions, animations and user interface

This step is not mandatory, but an addition to the complete 3D viewer, where advanced interactions can be built in to further enhance the functionality of the 3D viewer.

Animations can also be added in this step, these will usually be made available through a user interface.

Step 4 Deployment

Publish online, generate link or create offline app

Regarding access to the 3D viewer, customers can choose one or more of the following options:

  • Website integration
  • Link
  • Standalone application

The 3D view is a web-based solution and is compatible with most devices and browsers.

Further development

Add or change something afterwards?

The solution largely allows the 3D viewer to be further developed when updates/upgrades are needed.

We can easily add this and launch the updates, these will immediately take effect regardless of where the 3D viewer is deployed.

Only when the viewer is compiled as an offline application does it need to be removed from the device and downloaded again for the updates to take effect.
